I am a full-time Ren Xue and Yuan Gong teacher. I started to practice Zhineng Qigong in 1995. And became a teacher in 1997. In 2009 I met with Yuan Tze and started his education to become a Zhineng Qigong teacher.
During 2009 - 2010 the non-profit organization Qigong Upplands-Bro was established. It has later been renamed to Ren Xue Sverige / Yuan Qigong Sverige. In 2012 Yuan Tze visited Sweden and held his first retreat in Sweden at Wik, close to Uppsala. He continued to visit us until 2018.
During 2013, I left Zhineng Qigong in behind and from that time I have used Yuan Qigong and Ren Xue fulltime.
I have always been interested in the consciousness and why different people act so differently on similar stimuli. The three last methods have brought light to these thoughts.
I am an active teacher since 1997, first using Zhineng Qigong and from 2013 Yuan Qigong. I arrange courses and retreats and have training events on the Internet.

  • 5: Ling Yuan, Totality Healing: Patterns
  • 6: Ming Yuan, Yuan Ming Medicine: Great Integration for Realisation & Wisdom

Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday, Thursday and Friday training via Internet Zoom.

Time: 6.30 pm - 8.00 pm, Central European Time /Central European Summer Time

I administer the practice with teachers from Europe.

Selections from Tian Yuan, Di Yuan, Ren Yuan, Xia Yuan, Zhong Yuan, Tong Yuan, Ling Yuan.

XIA YUAN and Qi-therapy
