I had spent my life trying to unravel a traumatic childhood, understand my own mind and how best to interact with others without intense anxiety.
At the beginning of 2017 I was introduced to Yuan Qigong. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to achieve a sense of calm and mental clarity. From that moment, I knew that this was something that I needed in my life. I was eager to learn more so promptly signed up for teacher training.
Through regular practice and application of the REN XUE teachings, I have achieved a dramatic transformation of my health and emotional wellbeing. I now have increased energy, a more positive outlook on life and have gained clarity in my thinking and future goals.

Yuan Qigong Mindfulness Class
Tuesday evening class * 7:00 - 8:15pm
This class will focus on the first two methods of the Yuan Qigong system—Tian Yuan and Di Yuan. Together, these two methods create a foundation for improved health, harmony, and wellbeing.
Duration: 8 weeks
Minimum 3 students per class
Learn a Yuan Qigong method at your own pace and to match your own specific requirements. The following still and moving meditation methods are on offer:

- Pulling Qi
