Qi Gong..."boring, something slo-mo for old people standing in the park…" that was more or less my opinion as an active adrenaline-driven adventure athlete (freeriding, mountain biking, surfing) ten years ago. Thankfully life guided me to an appreciation for subtle and delicate movements.

It began with my training as a biodynamic craniosacral therapist - here my fascination for the ingenuity and brilliance of our body, life and existence took hold. I recognised the heart to be the essence of Be-ing. It became my deep wish to cultivate this heart-quality and to have my heart more present in relationships with others and myself, too. I literally sent a shout-out into the universe. Six months later the universe presented me with a Ren Xue teacher at my TCM academy who introduced to the various methods of the Yuan Gong System.

Especially Tong Yuan initiated super-positive changes in my life. I experienced just how infectious an open, benevolent heart is. I knew deep within, that this was just the tip of the iceberg - there is much more to melt. I love flowing and growing along this path and look forward to sharing my experiences and basic knowledge of Yuan Gong with you.
