Gathering Qi from the Sides, Tian Yuan

When a work colleague introduced me to Yuan Gong in early 2014, I never skipped a beat in applying it daily from then on. The reasons for that are probably rooted in hidden mysteries of the past, but what was clear was that in a twenty-minute practice, my body and state were transformed. It simply felt natural, nourishing, and uplifting ~ and this was through some exceedingly difficult years. When I was later exposed to the deeper principles and theories of REN XUE, chunks of the puzzle of Life came together, despite decades of spiritual and well-being practices. This inspired me deeply to find a way to bring this comprehensive and integrated knowledge to others.
I travelled from South Africa to New Zealand in both 2017 and 2018 to study in the presence of Yuan Tze and in early 2019 began teaching group classes in Johannesburg. Shortly afterward, the continental organisation, 'REN XUE Africa' was registered as a Not-for-Profit Organisation to devote our intentions to expanding this uplifting system throughout Africa.
In-person (Johannesburg and Cape Town) and online classes for beginners, intermediate, and more established students are offered weekly. We also run regular online 'packages' and in-person workshops to help support the growing interest in South Africa.
I am committed to integrating REN XUE principles and theories for the benefit of those who step into the Yuan Gong learning space and more generally contributing to the upliftment of humanity in a tangible, practical way.
