About me

I have been participating in Ren Xue retreats & classes since Yuan Tze first came to California. After having studied with different teachers and participated in different modes of training, I immediately found with Yuan Qi Gong a most authentic approach to healing the body and consciousness. As I integrated the practices into my daily life, I experienced significant improvement in my health and life overall.

In working as a Marriage & Family Therapist for 25 years, I have worked with many people in finding solutions for problems in relationships, work, health & overall approach to life. I have found that what people generally need are ways to calm emotions, find peace within themselves, develop a more positive approach to life, growth and relationships.

I am excited by the clear path that the Yuan Qi Gong system offers, not only at the physical level but development step by step into higher consciousness, a state of true well being. Working in the community of Ren Xue, I am experiencing the power of Zi Du, Due Ren - help oneself, help others. My passion in life now is in continuing to grow myself, with my family, and with the community, utilizing and sharing these teachings that I find profoundly practical and inspiring.
