About me
I started my Yuan Gong journey in 2015. After an initial workshop I was hooked. I have been a passionate teacher of many different exercise methods all my adult life, but now I feel the strong call of this system, so I can help other people to experience the same amazing benefits as I did. All the knowledge I gained from Ren Xue and Yuan Gong has convinced me of the benefits of this system. I am looking forward to be able to help other people and their lives.
