I have been practicing Qigong since the end of 2011, and have been teaching Yuan Gong methods since the end of 2013. I am also a qualified counsellor, and aim to incorporate Yuan Gong and Ren Xue into my counselling practice. In my classes, I teach mainly the first four methods, as well as incorporating group healings, and discussions on Ren Xue. Classes are lighthearted and supportive; they allow students to access their own ability to self-heal and uplift their lives in an enjoyable and holistic way.
I began learning from Yuan Tze in 2013 and started teaching Qigong in 2013.
