About me

I am a mother of two lovely young men who has been practicing, studying and applying Ren Xue and Yuan Gong for the past 4 years. I enjoy life cultivating, growing every day in my development and understanding of the five heart qualities; trust, openness, love, gratitude and respect. I do my best to live in the present moment with a close connection to nature. I maintain a daily Yuan Gong practice which I enjoy sharing with others when the opportunity arises. I see life as a wonderful adventure.
