When I sailed into New Zealand in 2011,  a woman in pink gumboots handed me Yuan Tze’s book “Voyage to the Shore.” Sometimes life has interesting ways of delivering exactly what we need!  His work deeply resonated with me and I immediately signed up for a weekend retreat and teacher training.  Practising, teaching, and living Ren Xue has had a profound impact on how I am, how I have raised my children, and how I view living in this world.  I am always grateful for opportunities to share what I have learned on this incredible and healing inward journey.
Now as a senior Ren Xue teacher, I use a trauma sensitive approach and over a decade of embodied experience through some intense challenging times to compassionately guide people inward towards their innate wisdom. I’ve brought these teachings into homeschooling my highly sensitive children, a trauma recovery program, and a residential addiction recovery center for women.
I teach Deep Dives and one-to-one sessions for RXA, lead global practices, teach online workshops, facilitate wisdom circles, and mentor individuals seeking guidance and support on their quest for life transformation and higher levels of consciousness.
I’m also a contributing writer to the Ren Xue of the Americas Qi Blog and internationally published in a variety of online journals. Writing was an important part of my healing journey and I now use writing and Ren Xue together in my Qi Writers classes.
With these teachings, practices, and support we all have the capacity to follow an inward path towards our True Self ~ from that inner wisdom we can uplift our world together.
