About me
My interest in life cultivation started in the 90s when I became aware that for achieving a higher level of harmony and realization in life we need to go beyond the framework our technology oriented civilization offers. In the following years I explored a variety of teachings and practices that helped me acquire understanding and skills in this area, however the pivotal change in my life happened during the 3-year teacher training I received from Yuan Tze (2003-2006). In 2007 I founded Qigong & Self Healing Centre (now Qigong, Self Healing & Life Cultivation Centre) and started working as a full-time Qigong teacher, therapist and Feng Shui consultant.
My qualifications
I began learning from Yuan Tze in 2002. I have completed two of his teacher training programmes (2003-2006 and 2013-2018) and am fully certified Qigong/ Yuan Gong master teacher and therapist. I started teaching Qigong and doing Qi-therapy in 2006.

Now you can learn Yuan Gong from the comfort of your home :). Online Group Healing Sessions
The abilities of our consciousness to connect and work with qi are not limited by space. The distance between the healer/teacher and the client/student/healee is a factor but not necessarily a disadvantage. Sometimes distant sessions can give even better results.

Regular Online Ren Xue Discussion Class
The purpose of these classes is to increase our understanding of human life, its intrinsic laws, and the relationship between humans and nature/universe. The knowledge and understanding we gain should be then applied in real life so we can further improve our physical, emotional, and spiritual health and increase efficiently when dealing with the problems and difficulties we encounter in life.
